Salary Range: £25,000 – £35,000

About the Role

You will be responsible for marketing, research and outreach initiatives that drive awareness and demand for our existing products and also help to refine what we offer to address new problems as they arise for potential customers. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to effectively hone our proposition and communicate it successfully to target audiences.

Together with the senior leadership you will lead on research that drives marketing and outreach campaigns, while owning content creation and managing its delivery. This role would suit a candidate with a background in the arts or humanities who possesses a passion for technology, its beneficial applications and is able to communicate it exceptionally well.



  • Understand what Keen AI’s technology is capable of, the use cases it addresses and the potential customers and industries it could transform
  • Work with the senior leadership team to create and update our sales and marketing plan and ensure it meets its targets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to spot trends, outreach opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and media contacts.


  • Ensure the company website is kept up to date accurately and effectively reflects what we do and that its content is relevant to our target customers.
  • Collaborate internally in both overseeing and creating compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media posts to engage target audiences.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for use during sales meetings and other outreach activity.
  • Identify target customers and senior leadership contacts within them to connect with. Connect with them by preparing specific and relevant materials delivering through effective and perhaps creative ways.
  • Plan / help in planning, develop strategic marketing campaigns, timeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Be able to effectively measure and track the effectiveness of marketing and sales activity.


  • A liberal arts or humanities degree from a good university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role, with a track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans with success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI.
